It's Your Wedding - Building a Personalized Package
To provide the customer with a wedding event coverage unique to their own style and personality, we allow the customer to create their own event package. To start, select the amount of coverage you want and the events that you want pictures from. See below for examples and pricing. Before the wedding, KH Studios will then work with you to tailor the coverage to your picture style preferences. Relax and enjoy your wedding, we will be there to handle the logistics of posing and photographing your wish list. After the wedding is over, the event pictures will be posted, or optionally you can order a proof book. Select the pictures you want and receive discounts at set order levels. You are never obligated to purchase a set number of pictures, only those you want. Sharing your private web site with your friends and family allows them to purchase photos as they choose too. Hourly Event Coverage Options
The hourly coverage fee allows KH Studios to recoup costs related to travel, salary, insurance, expenses and equipment. For up to 30 days after the event, the cost of the hourly coverage fee can be used to build credit towards the tiered pricing discount on picture products. For example, the 20% discount for a 10 hour coverage option is immediately applied to all picture product options. The discount is not applicable to the hourly coverage fee - only the picture products purchased from that event.

Picture products are available in a variety of finishes, from standard all the way up to our most prestigous - Artist Canvas.
• Standard is printed on professional photo paper.
• Heritage is printed on professional photo paper and mounted on an acid free plastic backing using a pH neutral mounting film.
• Artist Canvas is printed on canvas, coated with a UV clear coat protection finish, and stretched around a wooden frame.
Please note that picture frames are not included in any of the options.

A spiral bound photo book containing proofs from the event are printed at a size of 2”x2” onto 8.5”x11” photo paper. This is a great way to share pictures from your event or to use to select those photos you want to order. In addition to the book, small resolution digital files of each proof can be made available for a personal media player, such as an Apple iPod. Proof book and files are free to customers who purchase 6+ hours of event coverage.

Custom Album Design
Wedding Picture Album - 20 pages at 10”x10” ($499)
KH Studios will work with you to design, print and produce a customized wedding album. Select from two different color album choices to display photos. We will even scan negatives or photos taken by your guests if you desire (within copyright law).

Specialty Items
You Own It Digital File ($25)
A limited license to purchase high resolution digital picture files is available for $25 each. The file(s) will also come with a letter of authorization stating that KH Studios has given you (and only you) the authority to print as many pictures as you want at any photo lab. Many photo labs, such as Walmart and Eckerd, will not sell you pictures that appear to be professionally made. This letter will show the lab that you have permission to make unlimited copies for your personal use.
Digital Enhancements ($50)
Backgrounds can be replaced or de-focused. Or do you simply want a collage of pictures that tell a story from the event. Bring your own design concept or we can make one for you.
Desktop Wallpaper ($10)
We will create widescreen and normal desktop wallpaper selected from your selected pose for use on your PC.
Personalized Wallets ($5 setup fee)
Add personal information (name, date of event, location, you name it) to your wallet pictures. Add $5 for each pose.
